    Ingredients: Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) (flower) 525 mg, Spearmint (Mentha spicata) (leaf) 270 mg, Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) (herb) 225 mg, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) (herb) 210 mg, Linden (Tillia cordata) (flower) 120 mg, Bitter orange (Citrus aurantium) (flower) 120 mg, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) (root) 30 mg. (Amounts based on 1 tea bag/1500 mg).

    Chamomile
    Chamomile flowers are age old daisy like flowers that were used in ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome. A very popular herb during the Middle Ages, chamomile was known to naturally quell nervous complaints. Centuries ago, this effective herb was utilized in tea form, acting as a mild sleep aid. Also, chamomile has been shown to promote general relaxation and reduce stress levels. 

    Valerian
    Used for hundreds of years as a sleep aid, valerian root has well known properties that relax the central nervous system. In Europe, valerian is renowned for naturally supporting emotional balance and well-being. As an added bonus, this remarkable herb may also support gastrointestinal health and balance. 
    Linden
    Linden flowers, also known as European lime tree or Tilia, are native to Europe and western Asia. These flowers are very aromatic and contain approximately 1% antioxidant flavonoids. Linden flowers have natural calming properties and may also ease the digestive system. In Europe, this healthy herb is used to relax the mind and body.
    Suggested Use: Drink 1 cup of tea, up to 3 times daily. Use 1 tea bag per cup. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes and squeeze the bag well.
