Cat's claw (Una de Gato) is a woody vine native to the Amazon rainforest and other tropical areas of South and Central America. Its use dates back to the Incan civilization. The most common species used in commercial preparations is Uncaria tomentosa, which is rich in many actives such as alkaloids, tannins, glycosides, flavonoids and coumarins that all play a role in reducing inflammation or supporting immune function. Cat’s Claw has been shown in research to be beneficial for arthritic conditions for both osteo and rheumatic arthritis.
Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule daily with meals. Consult a healthcare practitioner for prolonged use.
