(Chlorophyllin copper complex sodium) 69 mg
Mouthwash: Adults: add 1 Tbsp (15 ml) to one-half glass of water. Rinse mouth thoroughly. May also be used as a gargle if desired. Use 2 to 4 times per day.
As a Freshening Internal Deodorant: Adults: drink 1 Tbsp (15 ml) in a glass of water or juice 2 to 4 times per day.
